If you're in San Francisco today and you're looking for something to spice up your Tuesday night, you should head on over to BeGood Clothing and check out the spring collection from Wildlife Works. They will be offering shoppers a 20% discount for the evening and I heard there will be wine and snacks... so really, how can you say no? I'll be there, so be sure and say hello!
Sometimes a little black dress is just what you need to get through the day with gusto. This little number has been one of my favorites as of late... mostly because it doesn't need to be ironed, but also because the textured frills keep it from being too Plain Jane. Speaking of frills... I'll be hosting a virtual Posh Party with Poshmark this Thursday evening from 7-9pm (PST). The theme is Downtown Romance, and I'd love for you to join me in the app tomorrow!
Just thought I would share a few photos from my time at The Lab Event last weekend. I'm not anywhere close to being a bride, but I still had a pretty good time getting all fancied up in Sarah Seven gowns and trying every flavor of wedding cake imaginable. If you're hungry for more, there are a couple of snapshots from the event on Instagram too.
I was in Sonoma this past Saturday for The Lab Event, and the mister and I decided to make a little weekend trip out of it. The weather was perfectly sunny and crisp. We had a great time walking through town to a winery and daydreaming about becoming townies. How was your weekend, any good adventures?
This weekend I'll be in Sonoma struttin' down the runway at The Lab Event! I'll be wearing gorgeous gowns by Sarah Seven, along with a bevy of beautiful Bay Area bloggers. The evening promises to be full of inspiration and delight for recently engaged lovebirds, bridal party members, and hopeful romantics that just love everything to do with weddings.
Well, the holidays have come and gone with the blink of an eye, and the new year is somehow already here. I suppose it's time to get back to reality and start making progress on my growing list of resolutions. I can't say I'm particularly excited for the vacation to be over, but I love the fresh start feeling and spur of motivation that comes with a new year. Here's to 2013!
I wore this in Washington a few weeks ago, but never got around to sharing it. I figured it was better late than never. Speaking of late... I don't know about you, but I've got some serious Christmas shopping and baking to do over the next few days. What are you up to this weekend?
This past weekend the man friend and I took a train ride up the Pacific coast from San Francisco to Seattle (and then to a tiny mountain town called Leavenworth) and it was a blast! It was our first time taking a long distance train ride in the U.S. and it was way more fun than I was expecting. We had a very tiny sleeper car room, but we spent most of the ride sipping coffee and wine and staring out the windows of the Parlour Car (which was an awesome lounge reserved for sleeper car passengers). The views through the mountains were incredibly beautiful and something about traveling by train made it seem sort of magical. If you have the time and are looking for a little adventure, I highly recommend it.
