If you're in San Francisco today and you're looking for something to spice up your Tuesday night, you should head on over to BeGood Clothing and check out the spring collection from Wildlife Works. They will be offering shoppers a 20% discount for the evening and I heard there will be wine and snacks... so really, how can you say no? I'll be there, so be sure and say hello!

Just thought I would share a few photos from my time at The Lab Event last weekend. I'm not anywhere close to being a bride, but I still had a pretty good time getting all fancied up in Sarah Seven gowns and trying every flavor of wedding cake imaginable. If you're hungry for more, there are a couple of snapshots from the event on Instagram too.

This weekend I'll be in Sonoma struttin' down the runway at The Lab Event! I'll be wearing gorgeous gowns by Sarah Seven, along with a bevy of beautiful Bay Area bloggers. The evening promises to be full of inspiration and delight for recently engaged lovebirds, bridal party members, and hopeful romantics that just love everything to do with weddings.

Need a party dress? There's an app for that! Okay, okay... I know that's pretty dorky, but seriously... you should check out this great new app called Poshmark! They're hosting a live Posh Party on Wednesday (the 29th) in San Francisco and yours truly will be there mingling and shopping for party dresses with the Bay Area's most stylish gals. If you are in the Bay Area I would love to see you there (don't be shy), but if you're not a local don't worry! You can actually join the party straight from your iPhone via the Poshmark app.

Last week I had a fashion themed night on the town with Meghan of Voilà! We started the night at the FashTech panel, which was just beginning when the whole block was evacuated due to a gas line bursting (I really hope they reschedule this event, I was really enjoying it). We ran into Susan (founder of ModCloth) on our way out and she joined us for dinner and drinks at Prospect. After dinner, Meghan and I headed over to the opening party for the new Steven Alan shop in Hayes Valley. It was a really swanky little gathering with delicious treats and a great crowd.

I'm sure you've already seen pics of this show so my photos are old news, but I just had to post them so I have something to remember the show by. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised. The colors and patterns were fun and youthful, which is not something I usually think of when trying to describe Nicole Miller. I thought a few of the looks were reminiscent of Tron and there was even a little Fresh Prince of Bel-Air going on. Not sure how much of this I would wear myself, but there are definitely a few pieces that I could see working their way into my closet.

Here are a few of the photos I took that sort of sum up the collection's flirty, mod vibe (which I wasn't really expecting, but I'm okay with it!). To be honest, even though the Erin Fetherston presentation was really fun and the scene at Milk Studios that night was sort of surreal, I have to admit my favorite part of the evening was snapping photos along side Bill Cunningham. Unfortunately all I could think about while taking pictures at the presentation was how cool it was to be standing next to Bill, so my photos turned out kinda crappy.

I knew the Gregory Parkinson presentation would be beautiful, but I wasn’t expecting to be completely swept away by all of the delicate lace and ladylike silhouettes. I loved the venue, the makeup, the hair, the layers of lace, and just about everything at this elegant presentation. This collection was refreshing, ladylike, and not overly done. Just what spring should be.
